Company History
Founded in 1984, Video Dynamics Inc. (VDI) has been at the forefront of designing, developing, and integrating custom solutions for Broadcast Facilities, Briefing and Display Systems, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and Command and Control environments.
Our early clientele included George Mason University, Home Team Sports, and Black Entertainment Television. After successfully building multiple broadcast facilities, we shifted our focus to fully integrated AV systems supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Government Agencies.
With the rise of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and a growing Government customer base, Video Dynamics became the de facto standard for multi-domain systems. In the early 2000s, VDI partnered with the DoD to deploy hundreds of VTC units in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
As AV and Information Technology began to converge—and with the 2010 Analog Sunset—Video Dynamics expanded its technical expertise. We integrated routing and switching for AV, IP streaming, and full digital transports, ensuring our solutions remained cutting-edge.
Today, Video Dynamics delivers tailored, state-of-the-art solutions that provide the best value to our customers, combining innovation, reliability, and deep industry expertise.
